Service Overview
I've spent most of the last decade working with children of all ages and their parents tackling concerns and frustrations related to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Reactive Attachment Disorder, ADHD, depression and anxiety symptoms. I enjoy helping families better understand each other through increased communication, clear agreements, and understanding each other's love languages and learning styles.
I provide education on the mental health disorders affecting the family, provide evidence based treatment techniques, then review and adjust techniques to individualize treatment unique to the family. Lastly, I part ways with cases only when I feel confident knowing that the family is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to maintain their change.
Service Details
I use the Neuro-Linguistic Programming method,which uses the power of visualization to access the strongest parts of ourselves when we're not feeling our best. As humans, we spend years feeding into our own cognitive distortions. Once those are eliminated, clients describe feeling liberated and empowered to pursue dreams, not hide from them.
