He managed to get a lot done in the allotted time and my piano hasn t ever felt or sounded so good as it does now! I especially appreciate that he came back a few weeks later to check on a couple little things I noticed wrong, and at no extra charge! Duncan was personable, friendly, and professional. The office staff I have interacted with went above and beyond to get get me an appointment with Duncan on short notice for a piano recital I was hosting. Top notch customer service from everyone!
