If You make a request, please provide Us with Your full name, Your Referral Class Network username, and email address used to create Your Referral Class Network account. We will respond to You within four (4) weeks.

Referral Class Network collects the following data from You:

• Personal information such as Your name, phone number, postal address, email address, gender, and date of birth;

• Household information such as Your duration of residence, previous residences, dwelling type, maintenance, information on others in Your household, and other components to provide You services;

Business Accounts

Credit Card Information

We may share credit card information with trusted third parties in order to bill You for Our services. We use third parties for secure credit card transaction processing and We send billing information to those third parties to process Your payments or to validate Your credit card information stored on file. Our credit card processing vendors use security measures to protect Your information both during the transaction and after it is complete. HOW DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

Referral Class Network securely stores Your financial data with PayPal and the remainder of Your collected data is stored on Our servers. Referral Class Network takes the following security precautions by:

• Following industry standards and best practices;

• Encrypting data in transit;

• Authorization and access controls;

• Physical access to controls by Our provider, Amazon Web Services;

• Tokenization of payment information through PayPal; and

• Credit card data and/or bank account data (including bank account numbers and payment information) is not stored in Our system but is stored by PayPal.

Please be advised, since no security system is impenetrable, We cannot guarantee the security of Our databases and We cannot guarantee that information You supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the internet.

Referral Class Network will keep Your data until You delete Your account. We store Your data for up to 90 days after You delete Your account for backup and disaster recovery purposes. These backups are automatically deleted after 90 days. Once Your account has been deleted Your reviews, ratings, and comments will also be deleted only if You have separately requested for them to be deleted. Your financial data is stored by PayPal. Please review PayPal’s privacy policy for more details on how they store Your data.

California Rights

Referral Class Network does not sell Your personal information and will not do so in the future without providing You with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law. We also do not offer financial incentives associated with Our collection, use, or disclosure of Your personal information.

Referral Class Network retains some of Your personal information and Your personal financial information is stored with third parties. If You would like to review Your personal data or would like Us to delete Your personal data, please contact Us using the information provided below.
